This book interrogates the issues of dependency, underdevelopment and poverty as they relate to the so - called Third World countries. It posits that these conditions which are so - characteristic of these nations are not natural but should be considered within the context of capitalist penetration into these territories. Accordingly, if these nations are to realize genuine liberation and independence they should adopt philosophy of liberation as a praxis of liberation
