Mattison Casaus is a current college writing instructor originally from El Paso, Texas. She graduated from New Mexico State University with an English and creative writing degree and has a doctorate in adult education. She has recently published a short story and poetry. When she is not writing or teaching, she is enjoying the desert weather, baking, reading, or spending time with family.
