This book is also filled with poems that may alter or benefit us, and how we view the world through its' every changing lens. Finally, this book is for the reader who may find him or herself at cross-roads and ultimately a breakthrough. At those times in my life, I find this scripture to be very impactful in helping me to navigate the ebb and flow of life: Ephesians 4:22-24 KJV: 22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; 24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
