This book has been based on a real story about living experiences among socially marginalized groups, male street laborers in Vietnam. Most of them are migrants from rural to urban areas to earn their living. Because they have a limited socioeonomic background and have been engaged in a multiple number of risk behaviors, they are at high risk for HIV infection and other health problems. The findings provide information and evidence for initiating a viable social policy to protect these men from health problems.
