Cheryl Salmon grew up in Middlesex and Shropshire and now lives in Bedfordshire. Cheryl has worked for 40 years in education with both children and adults as a teacher, headteacher, education adviser, trainer and consultant. As well as her teaching qualifications, she has an MA in Sociology and trained in positive psychology and Special Educational Needs. Having helped hundreds of parents to do the best for their children, she is passionate about the importance of parenting. For this book she interviewed a range of other parents and has included their fascinating insights.
