This research seeks to highlight the concept of unorganized sector and condition of work of labourers in unorganized sector. Migration is one of the problems in India, especially by unorganized and informal workers. There is a direct association between migration, poverty, unemployment and drought particularly among rural households. Most of rural people migrant used to cities and engage construction industries. Naka workers are a different part of construction work. Naka workers those daily wage casual labourers who assemble every morning between 7 am and 9.30 am at a street corner waiting to be hired by prospective employers -are mainly engaged in construction work. No any social security of construction workers and working place. Central and State government not proper implemented scheme of unorganised sector workers.

Mr. Atul Nathuram Bobade has completed his Master in Social Work (MSW) from Tata Institute of social Sciences, Mumbai, India. His MSW, research is based on construction workers and their problems in New Mumbai, Maharashtra. At present he is a doing M.Phil at the same institute.
