This research seeks to highlight the concept of unorganized sector and condition of work of labourers in unorganized sector. Migration is one of the problems in India, especially by unorganized and informal workers. There is a direct association between migration, poverty, unemployment and drought particularly among rural households. The major push factor was lack of employment opportunities in the place of origin caused by drought and the pull factor was a favorable employment situation in the destination areas. Most of rural people migrant used to cities and engage construction industries. Naka workers are a different part of construction work. Naka workers those daily wage casual labourers who assemble every morning between 7 am and 9.30 am at a street corner waiting to be hired by prospective employers -are mainly engaged in construction work. No any social security of construction workers and working place. Central and State government not proper implemented scheme of unorganised sector workers.
