Autorenporträt
Eva Elle Rose is the pen name of Suzan Mitchell, author of memoirs that showcase the human condition and tug at the heartstrings. Her debut memoir, From the Other Side of the Tracks (since re-titled Le Mutt), details her survival from a childhood of poverty and abuse, leading to years of misfortune and a suicide attempt. But a series of events and people, seemingly random, came along to help her find the strength to prevail, making her wonder at what might have been working behind the scenes all along. Since the release of Le Mutt, she has published two additional memoirs: All We Had in Common (since re-titled Harmony at Sundown), and A Promise Beneath the Willow Tree. Both stories detail sorrowful but ultimately heartwarming pieces of Suzan's life.Suzan Mitchell has survived her challenging childhood and thrives today. She has two grown sons and in addition to writing, trains and competes in triathlons, often winning in her age group. For the girl "from the other side of the tracks," life is good.
