Investors don t have many options to put their money in and real estate has shown great performance during the past fifteen years. Real estate market has more than 15% appreciation each year on average and since there is no tax on capital gain, most of the people think that it is a rewarding and stable investment. There are other factors which drives the market in that area which will be more discussed in the book.
