The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the situations of school principals performing teaching leadership roles, conducting qualified research on the evaluation of the conditions to implement teaching leadership behaviors of school directors in secondary schools. In the process of determining the participants, Criteria sampling from purposeful sampling methods was used.
