The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the situations of school principals performing teaching leadership roles, conducting qualified research on the evaluation of the conditions to implement teaching leadership behaviors of school directors in secondary schools. The research was carried out in a phenomenological pattern of qualitative research methods. The semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used as a data collection instrument in the survey. The interview form developed as a means of data collection in the survey was given the final form as a result of the expert opinion's direction. In the process of determining the participants, Criteria sampling from purposeful sampling methods was used.
