The purpose of this qualitative case study is to explore the impact lessons in empathy, altruism, and servant leadership could have in transforming self-entitled behaviors within higher education. This research is not meant to serve as an intervention study or provide psychological guidance although mirrored behavior and narcissism are mentioned. The author's goal is to examine how empathy, altruism, and servant leadership could serve as a transformative model by triggering selfless actions to foster positive social connections among students within institutions of higher learning.
