Hence, there is a need of professional interventions. Furthermore, social, cultural and psychological factors can also influence students' ICT usage. To achieve a better result of using ICT in education, this author proposes that parents, teachers, schools and society should work together and encourage a well balanced learning-playing life among children such that they will have an "enjoyable-studying". Then their academic results will definitely be improved.
