Sharon Winters, a retired teacher of English and mathematics, is the author of the award-winning memoir Cutted Chicken in Shanghai, an exploration of her time living in China, and Runtie the Desert Rat, a touching story about the wonders of nature and the spirit of family. Sharon's stories have appeared in MENSA BULLETIN: The Magazine of American MENSA, The New Mexican, and The Rodent Reader Quarterly.
