Poetry that meanders between playfulness and seriousness, tells stories or simply tries to find words where words are not enough. The poems question our contemporary way of life and try to heal. It's about us, about the meaning of life and about our furry and feathered friends. About care, about hate and about love.Written in English, partly translated into German (or vice versa) or mixed with German. Perhaps sometimes even very simple German English. But powerful nonetheless.Speaking from heart to heart, turning hard times into heart times, meant to be felt, to be listened to. Perhaps even to be thought about, if you want to.What others say about Ellens poems:"There is so much power in her words.""The words evoke images in me.""Amazing!""You can read and understand them on different levels.""So beautiful and touching!"
