Andre William Dougall:MSc.Eng.(Mining),B.Tech.(Mining Eng.).He worked as a senior Lecture at The University of Johannesburg - coal mining lecturer (1995-2007).Pressently, he is a Principal Mining Engineer & Project Manager at the SRK Consulting, Johannesburg Coal Department. He is responsible for mine planning and mine evaluation.
