Fay N. Simmonds-Peters spent her early years on dairy farms in rural Australia. Her life was punctuated with adventure, curiosity and hard work. Whilst it was far from idyllic, that solitude was the genesis for developing an insatiable curiosity about the world and people. After leaving a business career behind she embraced her new-found freedom which became the precursor for renewing a long-held interest in World History and Genealogy. With these two subjects as her guides, she then pursued her passion for discovering the fragments which make up the fabric of those peoples' lives which are the subject of this book.
