This is what is attempted by Bruno Menzan in this paper as regard to the National Human Rights Commission of Côte d'Ivoire. The author used the measurement instrument of such type of institutions; The Paris Principles. In addition, he explored other issues that are hindering factors to the institution. Finally, the author made a set of recommendations to be applied in a view to upgrade the quality and performance of the Ivorian National Human Rights Commission.
