Hans Erik Östlund was born in Stockholm, Sweden. He is a graduate of The Stockholm School of Economics. He had a career in investment banking between London and South America; and has lived in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Perú. He currently resides with his family in Lima Perú. A Season for Stalking is his second novel.
