A native Texan, Wanda Strange lives with her husband, Kerry, in Bluff Dale, Texas. Married since 1969, they are the parents of an adult daughter, Ginger. Though Wanda retired in 2016, a career in oncology nursing remains her life's work and professional calling. She continues to be actively involved in the local and national Oncology Nurse Society. Her passion for patients and caregivers inspires her to encourage cancer patients, their families, and oncology colleagues. She passionately pursues time with family and friends.
