A Tea Party activist discovers that he is growing another head. A playboy befriends a fickle female only six inches tall. A flasher, clad in a London Fog raincoat, seeks the perfect pose. A rape victim confronts her assailant when she visits a maximum security prison. A nurse, suffering from erotomania, stalks a woman she barely knows. A schizophrenic thug is pursued by ghoulish hallucinations. James Hanna uses fantasy and stark realism in these nineteen penetrating tales. His gritty style skewers the human comedy and makes reading dangerous again.

Autorenporträt
James Hanna was born and raised in the north of Iraq. He relocated to the United States in 2019. James has been fascinated with poetry since he was a little kid. He wrote his first poem for his first girlfriend when he was 12 years old, in the Assyrian language, and later in Arabic and Kurdish. He always made sure his words rhymed, creating beautiful art that told stories of his life. Additionally, he quickly learned English using a specific technique: he transformed the most common English words into poetic form to aid in memorizing their meanings.
