Autorenporträt
Shocka, aka Kenneth Erhahon, is a rapper and mental health advocate from Tottenham, London. He gained recognition for being one-third of the grime collective Marvell, alongside Double S and Vertex. After dealing with mental health issues himself, Shocka became an advocate and started using his music to help those suffering from their own problems. He has since released songs including "Self Love" and his debut album, Impact Over Numbers, all of which reflect his personal journey with mental health and how he has come to terms with his difficulties. He has also been a TED Talk speaker, and he has been a guest on numerous talk shows to raise mental health awareness. Shocka believes that, by teaching someone how to love and appreciate themselves - no matter their background or identity - they will drastically improve their ability to go through life positively. You can follow Shocka on Instagram @shocka_artist
