'A Serenade of Madness' takes the reader on a journey of the muse-touched poet with examples spanning over 30 years. From haiku, tanka, and other poetic forms to alliterative free form and lyrics, Angelique places no boundaries upon her poetic expression. In this book she shares poems describing the madness of being muse-touched, the revelry of creativity, and the beauty and horror of the magical and fantasy realm. From faeries to knights to werewolves, and monsters that go bump in the night, she allows her pen to passionately play with words and carry her readers into the emotional landscapes that they inhabit. She even has a selection inspired by the Doctor Who Universe. Having a penance for wordplay, many of her poems can be read in multiple manners and her use of metaphor invites the reader to explore their own thoughts. She includes lined and blank pages for the reader to be inspired and express their own poetic heart.

Autorenporträt
Angelique is a prolific poet who has been writing for most of her life. She tends to write at least one poem a day on any number of subjects. She and her muse enjoy dancing with rhythm, wordplay, poetic forms, free-form, and rhyme. Though she does write to some shorter forms, her poetic preference is long-form. She believes that creativity is something to be fed and constantly grown. A rambler at heart, poetry flows through her blood. Each week, she places new poetry up on her Instagram handle before removing it seven days later. http://www.instagram.com/fromthebreathofdaydreams .
