Autorenporträt
Like most people, Kirsty Mooney fully appreciates that life is almost never straightforward. She was inspired to write this book on observing her two teenage children navigate their adolescence through an epidemic of stress and anxiety amongst young people. Following a successful marketing and business career Kirsty changed direction and studied Shiatsu Japanese healing therapy. This helped her to understand the importance of the mind/body/spirit connection. She has also worked as a teaching assistant, and currently mentors young people in need of support. Kirsty is passionate about young people and their well-being. Kirsty lives in Edinburgh with her husband Lorcan and their two amazing teenage reasons for this book, Jack and Keira. kirstymooney.co.uk
