Mervin A. Bourne, Jr. is an attorney, author, mentor, and motivational speaker. He is a graduate of Morgan State University and Rutgers University School of Law. He is a former NCAA college athlete who has extensive legal experience with the child welfare and criminal justice systems, management experience in corporate America, and has been an adjunct professor at Rutgers University and NJIT.
