Additionally, the whole survey is hung over by the shadow of what may be called "Universalism". Koyaga is a variety of Manding spoken in Mankono and its surrounding villages. The main concerns in this survey are segments, syllables, the underlying rules conditioning segments' alternations and the interaction between those rules in terms of ordering.
