This work is an overview of some of the social problems that Algerian society faces. However, it is presented as a patchwork in which we have shown the need for information and communication of the patients to take care of themselves efficiently in the health system, and the problem of the rupture in the patient/doctor relationship. The psychological, emotional and physical abuse of children by parents with Renfield's syndrome (vampirism), the difficulty of implementing inclusive education in schools and universities, the care of the elderly and their integration into homes and finally the phenomenon of internal migration and its impact on the disruption of the mechanisms of the proper functioning of the family institution (absence of the mother, change in the role of the father and school problems in children). Moreover, through these scattered ideas I wanted to propose to rethink the social problems in order to bring out new readings, to review and bring other clarifications tothem, be they individual, institutional, cultural or societal.
