Mr. Khizar Qamar completed has completed his M. Phil in Sociology from University of Sargodha and at present works as Deputy District Officer Tehsil Shakrgarh District Narowal Punjab Pakistan. He performed his research in the area of child labour and dedicated his efforts for the eradication of child labor from Pakistani society.
