Ron Ovadia is an Irvine, California-based children's book author, lyricist, and songwriter. His other current books include 50 Things Animals Can Teach Us and Pelican, Pelican't, about overcoming fear and trauma. His previous children's books include Hank: Or How We Tried to Get Rid Of Our Ants, a story of an overly zealous anteater, and First Dog of 1600 Pooch'lvania Avenue, a dog's-eye view of the White House as told by the Obama's Portuguese Water Dog, Bo.
