MICHAEL MADRUSAN is the owner of The Everleigh in Melbourne, Australia. He worked at the famed New York bar, Milk & Honey, which he left to open The Everleigh in partnership with the late Sasha Petraske. Michael was nominated for International Bartender of the Year at Tales of Cocktail in New Orleans in 2012. In 2013, ZARA YOUNG left London to join The Everleigh and began working alongside Michael to grow The Everleigh brand.
