Dr. Jon Kester is a highly-established teacher, author, and a strong advocate for family values. He has more than 20 years of diverse, well-rounded experience in the fields of fitness and nutrition; Kester's qualifications include a Doctorate in Education from Edgewood College, a Master's of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin - Lacrosse as well as two bachelor's degrees from Winona State University. During his studies he was able to explore the health benefits of proper diets on people of all ages. Dr. Kester then applied his research to help countless numbers of people live a healthier and happier life. Though Dr. Kester values his education, he feels that his best experience comes from being a stay at home dad. Dr. Kester's greatest desire is being the best dad possible to his three children. One way that he can do so is by making sure his kids are eating healthy. Dr. Kester has spent copious hours doing research to insure that his kids are consuming nutritious foods which will help them grow, develop, and feel good about themselves. He loves to share information with the world though his writing of books and articles and plans to continue help fellow parents any way he can.
