This study delves into various pedagogical aspects of management education covering both forms of education to find out the factors responsible for perfect blend. The study revealed that there is a need to develop contextual & choice based curriculum. The model suggests that the students demand autonomy as management education demands maturity hence a degree of flexibility must be exercised. The analysis would help teachers, professionals or anyone who wish to may be considering using technology tools to impart knowledge.
