Accordingly, based on the findings of the current study, the following recommendations were made to increase the uptake of VCT services. 7.3.1 Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health - The Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health in collaboration with their partners in HIV/AIDS prevention and control should allocate more resources to promote VCT Uptake for school community and beyond. - Ministry of education and Ministry of Health should give attention to improve the quality of teaching and learning of HIV/AIDS and promotion of VCT programme for the school community. - Allocating reasonable resources for the promotion of peer education programmein primary school teachers could play significant role in bringing positive changes.
