The aims of the study were:To prepare the Yoga Mudra Programme,to construct standardized Attention Inventory(AI) and to compare the score on AI before/after Yoga Mudra Programme in Experimental (E) group and Control(C) group of Secondary School boys/girls.The students studying in Gujarati medium secondary schools in Gujarat was considered as population of the study.The investigator were selected ninth standard 170 students of two secondary schools in Rajkot city as sample. The "Randomized two group post -test only experimental design " was used in the study. Standardized Attention Inventory(AI) was prepared by the investigator him shelf as a tool.The Yoga Mudra Programme was developed by the investigator accordance with Patanjali Yogasutra.The data were collected by AI. The found data were analysed by t - test. The study revealed that the students(boys and girls) of E-group and C-group is same before Attention,the students(boys and girls) of E-group is more effective than C-groupafter Attention and the students(boys and girls) of E-group after Yoga Mudra Programme is more effective than before Yoga Mudra Programme with reference to Attention.
