Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China's economy has achieved remarkable successes, becoming the world's second-largest economy, and a number of industry-leading enterprises with international influence have been born, which has greatly promoted the catch-up of industrial technology and the adjustment of economic structure. The innovation team model has emerged in line with the needs of the times due to the ability to complete increasingly complex and wide-ranging areas of knowledge efficiently, and its creativity has always been the key to gaining and maintaining competitiveness in modern organizations. However, the innovation team does not always produce " 1+1+1>3" synergy effects. Conflict, as one of the most common ways of interaction between people, is inevitable in the process of team operation. Based on the three stages of " input-process-output" of team operation, this book comprehensively uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to make a systematic study on the antecedent variables of innovation team conflicts, the conflict relationship between members, and the impact of team conflicts on team effectiveness.
