The author is serving as faculty member at SIBER Kolhapur. He has completed B.Tech, MBA, MPhil, MCom &Phd.He conducts Courses in Strategic Management, Operations Management, General Management. He is the author of 12 articles in various journals. He has 16 years of industrial and teaching experience to his credit.
