Human Rights is inborn in Nature of Child to nurture his/her personality to make way of life. It was legally declared by the United Nations General Assembly as Universal Declaration of Human Rights on the 10th of December 1948 with 30 Articles. Before it there were Historical Documents also evident about Human Rights as Magna Carta of 1215. Indian Constitution also mentioned Six Fundamental Rights to make better Citizen to contribute to the Development of the Nation. My study also related to Human Rights as A Study of Human Rights Awareness among Prospective Teachers Studying in Aligarh Muslim University in relation to different Demographic Variables.
