In this study we are only concerned with a consistent correlation of all the variables of the study with teacher educator's job satisfaction and these variables are teacher educator's job adjustment, organizational climate, and teaching effectiveness. The findings of this study can open new vistas which is related with the job of the teacher educators and which will ultimately have a deep impact on the teachers to the need revolution of teaching and lay the formulation of future professional growth.
