In the present study teacher attitude refers to a mental and neural state of readiness organized through experience exerting a directive or dynamic influence upon the individual's response to all objects and situations with it is related. Teacher attitude inventory prepared by S.P. Ahluwalia (1978) is adopted in this study. The present study is explored to find out the teacher attitude of primary, secondary and higher secondary school teachers in Gudiyattam Taluk in vellore district of Tamilnadu. Teacher attitude is measured towards primary, secondary and higher secondary school teachers and the result were actually surprising. The result indicated that primary, secondary and higher secondary school teachers have average level of teacher attitude further it indicates that there is no significant difference found towards sex, board of institution, type of school, type of teachers, locality of school and teaching experiences in years towards teacher attitude.
