Motivation has been an important field in ELT research, however, the focus is usually either on students' motivation or the relationship between students' and teachers' motivation, with some research focusing on factors that affect teacher's motivation. Nevertheless, no single piece of research discusses teachers' motivation toward different teaching tasks.
