This study explores the opinion of two year B.Ed programme. According to NCTE's new regulation one year B.Ed programme is changed to two year B.Ed programme. Investigators were interested to know the opinion of students and faculty regarding two year B.Ed programme. Investigators selected one the university in Baroda and conducted the research on opinion of students & faculty about two year B.Ed programme. The data was collected using questionnaire prepared by the investigators which was modified by the experts in English for proper communication and experts in Education for proper structure. The data was analysed by proper statistical technique. Investigators used percentage to analyze the data. It was found that some students and teachers gave positive and negative response regarding two year B.Ed programme. Students gave more negative response because in two year B.Ed programme one more year was increased. But they also had opinion that in two year B.Ed programme they will have enough time for theory, practice teaching and internship. This will enhance their confidence as they will get more exposure in school environment. Students opined that they will become professional.
