Hence, the satisfaction of the employees is most important in an organization. This is why, this subject was selected. Both the quality and quantity of labour are cause and consequence of economic development of a nation. So, it can be said, human resources are the backbone of a nation. Only the wages alone cannot satisfy the employees. Psychological research proved that they require some human treatment. There exists a linkage between the job satisfaction and business performance.The focus of the report is to study the satisfaction level of employees in the Manufacturing Sector towards the facilities provided by the organization. The purpose is to give suitable suggestions after analyzing and interpreting the data collected from the employees of the organization.
