Even though most of the Tibetan entrepreneurs are just completed their secondary school but they are very much clear knowledge about their marketing strategies. In a nutshell, the stability of exile Tibetan community especially that of one in India is very much depending on the success of self-employed sector which comprises of more than 70% of total exile population. The stable settlement is one main goal of current administration that cannot be achieved without improving this sector. If this sector improves and performs efficiently, in a short-run, it will solve two major problems that they face, i.e. unemployment and migration from the settlements.
