Quality of work life covers various aspects under the general umbrella of supportive organizational behavior. Thus the quality of work life should be broad in scope. It must be to evaluate the attitude of the workers towards the personnel policies. The research will be helpful in understanding the current position of the company. The purpose of the study was to explore the experience of workers towards their quality of work life and their work environment in terms of stress, perception of workers, the relationship between co-workers, workload, time pressure and work balance, etc.
