This case study is a comprehensive exploration of a private center in Dubai that provides an array of services for families and children with unique learning needs. The research examines the Center's structure, staffing and support services, especially for students with ADD/ADHD. Using a qualitative research methodology, the research questions focused on the services offered at this center to support students with ADD/ADHD (grades 1-6) and how the teachers and professional staff support the needs of this targeted age group. During the data collection stage semi-structured interviews, participatory and non-participatory observations and document analysis were conducted. The study concluded that the role of the teacher is the most important factor of the center's success. The results and recommendations can be used as guidelines for decision makers to enhance special education services, in Dubai and UAE as a whole.
