Rodrigo S Moreira is a researcher at Brasilian Naval Research Institute and a Phd student at COPPE/Federal University of Rio DE Janeiro. He has developing missile launch systems since 2007, inertial navigation systems since 2017 and target tracking systems since 2013. He has published 7 articles. His research focuses on video targettracking.
