Is a Professional Engineer in Canada. He holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. in Systems Engineering and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Manitoba in Canada. His research interests include data mining, modeling (including simulation and optimization), performance measurement, process analysis, costing and pricing.
