Autorenporträt
Anjana Rai Chaudhuri was born in Kolkata, India, and obtained a PhD in Chemistry from the United States. Her first novel, a historical romance, The Scent of Frangipani, was published in 2019 by Monsoon Books, UK. In 2021, Penguin Random House SEA published her second novel, A Time for Murder, a contemporary murder mystery. She is a National Arts Council/Singlit Station grant recipient and a featured speaker at the Singapore Writers Festival. Anjana is an avid reader and in her spare time, watches theatre, movies, and TV with her husband of 32 years.
