Volume 1 of this book covers the fundamental aspects of electrochemical methods and separation techniques -an important component of electrochemistry, particularly electroanalytical chemistry and analytical chemistry respectively. It comprises five chapters and each chapter consists of a detailed overview of the theoretical aspects of electroanalytical methods including the basic principles, instrumentation and applications. This book is intended to provide guidelines for students who have little experience or knowledge in electrochemical techniques, particularly electroanalytical methods. Hence, the book is designed to be used as teaching material for Instrumental Methods of Analysis I and Instrumental Analytical Chemistry courses for undergraduate students at universities. However, the book can also be used as a reference book for graduate students, analytical chemists, professionals or researchers who wish to use electroanalytical methods in their research laboratories.
