MUHIMA Prince-Mowgly é doutorando, com um mestrado em Direito Internacional Público e Relações Internacionais (Universidade Livre de Kigali) e uma licenciatura em Direito Público pela Universidade de Kinshasa. É advogado, professor na Université Lumière de Bujumbura, Campus de Goma e membro do pessoal científico do ISTM/Masisi.
