The present study is based on a translational approach to interjection in literary translation. The variety of contradictory opinions about the status, classification, or even a single definition of interjection leads to its neglect and marginalization. This fact makes it difficult to perceive in translation. Obviously, the primary goal of the study was to determine the role and particularities of interjection from the linguistic point of view, but the magisterial goal was to address interjection from the translational point of view in literary translation. Thus, since the translation of the interjection is quite complex and conveys a multitude of elements by which its value is defined, it is important for any translator to be aware that no matter to which literary genre the work belongs or what emotion and reality it conveys, the interjection remains an indispensable tool in the translation process.
