João Sicato Kandjo - Diplomado em História e Didáctica e Pós-Graduado em Direito e Filosofia Política organizado pelo ISPSN e pela PUCRS, Brasil.  Pós-graduado em Ferramentas para Gestão de Trabalhos Científicos. Professor de História de África I, II, III e de História de Angola no ISCED-HUAMBO (Inst. Superior de Ciências da Educação do Huambo).
